That looks like the hat from that show "What Not To Wear". They were making over a girl named Erin Clark and she wore a hate JUST like that. =)
Holly loves the 1930's though, and so she likes hats like that. She wouldn't mind keeping it, but wanted to make an attempt to return it to its owner, or to offer to buy it.
It's like a hat Addie wore in Paper Moon, kind of, and Holly loves that movie.
Holly has received word from the owner that Holly can keep the hat! Very sweet.
